Welcome to our new website

This April feels like the dawn of something new and momentous, now that lockdown restrictions are starting to ease and more and more of the UK population has been vaccinated. Certainly it appears that a wave of pent-up demand for transformation advisory services is building, as businesses become confident enough to commit to new programmes or push to complete existing ones. Here at FTS we have built our new website to showcase what we are about. We believe that many of the mistakes that transformation programmes make can be avoided by understanding what has gone wrong in past programmes. Issues such as not having a clear enough 'case for change' from the start and then putting that case for change on the top shelf to gather dust, never to be revisited, so that the business can never be sure that it is undergoing the right transformation. Or failure to recognise the significance of change as the most critical component of a transformation in a post-cloud world, as businesses struggle to 'adopt' rather than 'adapt'.

We provide support to businesses alongside (and not instead of) permanent resources and an SI, allowing our consultants to provide much-needed objectivity and critical challenge. And all our consultants are experienced professionals, with the grey hair and battle scars to prove it.
